Jeet missi roti aata flour, Organic gram pulse grinded in most hygiene conditions to get the purest form of missi atta flour. METHOD :- Take missi roti atta in platter. Then and luke warm water 150ml into it (1/2 glass) and knead with soft har. Ds and place it for 20mts. Rub refined oil or ghee in hands while kneading to avoid stickiness on hand -Than make medium size ball & make required shape of missi roti and bake it. -Roll into a slightly thick chapatti than. Usual. Pre-heat the gircle (tawa)and cook the missi roti with or without oil. -Before serving, cut it into half and smear some buttor on it. Serve hot with pickle and curd. Note :- You can also add green coriander, green chilli, ginger, according to your taste. You can also add fresh methi leaves instead of dried methi, grated ginger and even chopped onion. You can enjoy taste of missi roti with pulses or vegetables. Ingredients :- Gram flour (besan). Atta . kasuri. Methi (dry fenugreek leaves). Carom seeds.
