Camcall Curd chilli is a traditional and hygienically made product, made from organically grown green chili peppers. The chilli is soaked in a solution of pure curd and salt in a 1:1 ratio. Once they become tender, they are dried in the sunlight until they turn white in color. This product is ready to fry and can be served with curd rice or as a side dish with non-spicy or light spicy curries. It is 100% pure and natural, with no preservatives or chemical impurities. The salt solution acts as a natural preservative to extend its shelf life. To preserve its quality, it should be stored in an airtight container to keep it dry.
